Senior Contracts Lawyer needed in Northampton Paying  £25.08 per hr ref 1733767

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Provide expert legal advice on commercial, procurement, and contractual matters.
• Support key projects and strategic initiatives with legal input.
• Identify and manage legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Advise stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Manage disputes and support resolution processes where required.
• Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practice.
• Mentor and support junior legal staff where appropriate.
