• Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the shared service team responsible for billing, collection, and recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and local policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise income collection and recovery.
  • Monitor performance and deliver service improvements.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
