Revenues Subsidy Officer needed in Wolverhampton Paying  £37.50per hr ref 1696585

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that a local authority maximises its subsidy claim from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) by maintaining accurate, compliant, and well‑evidenced Housing Benefit (HB) records. They play a key specialist role in financial assurance, audit readiness, and reducing financial risk to the council.
  Manage the audit process from end to end and upskill appropriate staff in managing audit process from end to end.
  Position available for 6 months and the candidate requires a basic DBS.
