Responsive Repairs Manager needed in Somerset Paying  £222.54 per day ref OR101703

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of the responsive repairs service
• Lead and support supervisors, operatives, and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor performance against KPIs, service standards, and budgets
• Manage contractor performance, quality, and value for money
• Resolve complex repairs issues and customer complaints
• Contribute to service improvements and operational planning
• Ensure repairs are delivered in line with customer expectations and organisational values
