Repairs Work Planner needed in Cambridge Paying  £18.26 per hr ref 5283509

Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are looking for an experienced Repairs Work Planner, ideally with a background in social housing, to join our team. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating responsive repairs and maintenance works, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of jobs to meet service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate repairs work to operatives and contractors.
• Monitor progress and update systems to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
