Repairs Operations Manager needed in West London

The rate is £35.59ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the repairs service comprising a variety of trades ensuring high levels of quality, productivity and high customer satisfaction. They will lead a planned works team tasked with completing works packages and projects and will perform a key leadership role to the repairs service, the voids team and planned works team supporting and motivating staff to achieve high levels of performance. Deputise for the Head of Service where required.
