Repairs Administration Team Leader needed in Norwich Paying  £18.19 per hr ref PKZY

Full time hours on a temporary basis 

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of Repairs Administrators.
  • Ensure repairs are logged, scheduled, and closed down accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs, targets, and service standards are met.
  • Oversee daily coordination with planners, operatives, contractors, and customer service teams.
  • Handle complex customer queries and resolve escalated issues.
  • Review workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records using repairs management systems.
  • Support managers with reporting, data insights, training, and service development
