Receptionist needed in Nottingham Paying  £13.40 per hr ref OR24477

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  Reception & Visitor Management

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, contractors, and staff.
  • Manage visitor sign‑in processes, access passes, and general front‑of‑house enquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and friendly reception environment at all times.

  Meeting Room Coordination

  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up accurately and on time.
  • Arrange hospitality for meetings, including refreshments and equipment setup.
  • Provide support to ensure smooth running of head office events.

  Administration & Office Support

  • Carry out general clerical duties including copying, mailing, laminating, and filing.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and support document management processes.

  Workplace Supplies & Invoicing

  • Order and maintain stock for workplace services, including office supplies, hospitality items, and facilities materials.
  • Track related orders and process corresponding invoices in a timely manner.

  Team Support

  • Attend team meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support workplace operations.
