Property Lawyer needed in West London Paying  £31.38 per hr ref 5289917

Part time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate, and practical legal advice on routine property law matters.
  • Manage a caseload of routine transactions and files, while assisting with a limited number of more complex matters under supervision.
  • Support senior team members, including Principal Solicitors and Directors, with ongoing projects and legal issues.
  • Work consistently within the case management system, ensuring all time spent is accurately recorded each day and chargeable hours targets are met.
  • Instruct external solicitors and/or Counsel when appropriate and in line with team procedures.
  • Attend meetings with internal stakeholders, external partners, and relevant organisations as required.
