Property Manager needed in Atherstone
The rate is £25.13ph PAYE

The successful candidate will develop an effective Corporate Landlord service, with a particular emphasis on drafting the development of a new Asset Management Strategy and the embedding of an overarching corporate property support service wide.
They will be responsible for the development and the implementation of the Corporate Asset Management Plan and Energy Management function and will provide professional and technical advice on the strategic management of the council’s corporate land and estate including all corporate assets, property and buildings, energy usage and contracts.
