Projects & Data Officer needed in North London Paying  £20.92 per hr ref OR101328

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analysis

• Lead the collection, collation, and validation of workforce, pay, and related datasets to support equal pay claims
• Match and review data from multiple sources to support comparator analysis and evidential requirements
• Cleanse and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Prepare data to support financial modelling, including scenario and cost impact analysis
• Produce data summaries, schedules, and supporting materials for legal, financial, and management use

Project & Stakeholder Support

• Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including council services, Legal, schools, and payroll providers
• Resolve data queries, gaps, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all stakeholders have clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date information

Governance & Compliance

• Maintain secure, well‑structured data storage, including version control and audit trails
• Ensure full compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and information governance requirements
