Project Surveyor needed in Manchester Paying  £22.18 per hr ref 000A A451 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

•  Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective end‑to‑end project management, ensuring commercial efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, demonstrating strong financial management and cost control.
  • Identify and manage project risks to ensure safe and successful delivery.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to team outcomes.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of building contracts, construction best practice, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout each project.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and service improvement.
  • Promote and support equality, diversity and inclusion through personal behaviours and decision-making.
