The successful candidate will manage and deliver medium‑to‑large‑scale regeneration projects across all RIBA stages, overseeing multidisciplinary consultants and main contractors while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders. They will be responsible for driving project performance, setting clear milestones, managing risks, and ensuring delivery to agreed time, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership of professional project teams, effective performance management, and the application of extensive construction and regeneration expertise to achieve value for money and successful project outcomes.
