This is a temporary contract initially paying £32.34ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead complex programmes, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive co-production with people who use services to shape sustainable, person-centred models.

Essential requirements include:

• Expertise in Adult Social Care Commissioning
• Experience in managing large-scale projects
• Ability to develop pricing structures and payment models that support quality and financial sustainability
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and partnership skills to deliver change across the system

Programme Lead to deliver the Care at Home (CAH) recommissioning programme. This recommission is essential to achieving the  transformation priorities and ensuring financial efficiency.
