Principal Lawyer- Property needed in East London Paying  £38.08 per hr ref 1629449

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• About the Role:
  We are seeking an experienced Principal Lawyer to lead on complex property-related legal matters. You will provide expert legal advice and support across a wide range of property transactions and projects, working closely with internal departments and external public sector clients.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise on high-value property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and statutory notices.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on land law, property law, and related legislation.
  • Support regeneration and development projects, ensuring legal compliance and risk management.
  • Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the property legal team.
