Portfolio Repair Surveyor

Portfolio Repair Surveyor needed in Sutton, £62.86ph PAYE – Reference: OR14215

• The ability to prepare basic construction drawings and draft specification.
• Property maintenance work in housing that has included undertaking property inspections, diagnosing common property defects and supervising the work of contractors.
• Delivering planned maintenance programmes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of materials, trades, construction methods and legal/statutory requirements
• Managing works to turn around void properties.
• Monitoring budgets.
• Housing, Health & Safety Rating Guidance (HHSRS: Guidance for Landlords and Property-Related Professionals) and practical knowledge of how to assess.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
