Plumber needed in Warrington Paying  £19.61 per hr ref 478217

Full time hours on a temporary basis

•  Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems and associated pipework.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults on hot and cold water systems.
  • Carry out repairs to sanitaryware, taps, toilets, urinals, showers and drainage systems.
  • Install and maintain boosted water systems, expansion vessels and water storage tanks.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
  • Conduct system inspections and identify defects or improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Water Regulations, Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Complete job sheets, service reports and compliance documentation accurately.
