Plumber Full Time Temporary

Plumber needed in Yarm, £11.44ph PAYE – Reference: 412488

Mon to Thurs 0745 to 1645, Fri, Sat, Sun – 0745 to 1545

This position is 39hrs per week to include working 1 weekend in 3 as part of a rotating shift pattern

 Routine and non-routine maintenance
 Fault finding
 Identification of life expired equipment
 Check, repair and make good faults and life expired equipment
 Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment
 Mains water supply repairs
 Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements
 Minimise wastage and continually improve processes
 Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
