Passenger Assistant Supervisor

Mix of remote and office work alongside visiting schools both inside and outside Plymouth 

We have an opportunity within the School Transport Team for an experienced person with supervisory experience who is enthusiastic about helping the students of Plymouth to get to school. 

What do you need?

• a full clean driving licence
• access to a vehicle to travel across Plymouth area
• Supervisory experience including performance issues, giving feedback, training people and absence policies
• Undertaking training of Passenger Assistants in a ‘classroom’
• an understanding of Health and Safety 
• a can do attitude and a great communicator with customer service experience
• computer literate – Microsoft packages and using databases
• be able to work on their own initiative
• An enhanced level DBS
• a sense of humour

Desirable qualities:

• Experience with Special Educational Needs

This is 29.6 hours a week Tuesday to Friday
