About the Role

We are looking for caring, reliable, and flexible individuals to join our team as Passenger Assistants. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people—many with additional needs—to travel safely and comfortably to and from school or college.

The Home‑to‑School Transport service supports around 1,000 students aged 4 to 25, travelling by minibus or taxi.

What You’ll Do

• Support students during their journey, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing
• Step in to cover routes when Passenger Assistants are unavailable
• Work closely with drivers and schools to ensure journeys run smoothly and calmly
• Provide reassurance and positive engagement to help create a stress‑free travel experience
