Operational Repairs Planner needed in Enfield Paying  £17.54 per hr ref 1683586

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• • Scheduling repairs and maintenance appointments for operatives and contractors.
  • Managing diaries and ensuring workloads are balanced, efficient, and achievable.
  • Prioritising emergency, urgent, and routine repairs in line with service-level agreements.
  • Communicating with tenants, operatives, surveyors, and contractors to keep them updated.
  • Monitoring progress of works and resolving any issues or delays.
  • Updating repairs management systems with accurate notes and job statuses.
  • Ensuring repairs are completed within required timescales to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
  • Working closely with the contact centre, property teams, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless service.
