Nights- Carelink Operator needed in Derby

The rate is £13.66ph PAYE

The successful candidate will working 11pm to 7am providing vital support to Carelink customers by handling emergency calls and coordinating appropriate responses from our office-based team. They will also respond to emergencies in customers’ homes using specialist equipment and vehicles, ensuring safety and wellbeing through lifting assistance, safe and well checks, and basic equipment maintenance. Strong communication, computer literacy, and a compassionate approach are essential. Full training, including first aid and moving and handling, will be provided.
