Neighbourhood Response Officer needed in Islington

This is a temporary role and the rate is £21.05ph PAYE

The successful candidate will carry out all core tenancy service duties expected of a housing officer, managing a varied caseload and delivering a consistent, high‑quality service to tenants. They will spend their week between the office and estate visits, responding promptly to tasks assigned through the CRM system and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records. They will be proficient in using IT systems to track cases, update tenancy information, and produce clear documentation. They will conduct home visits, address tenancy breaches, support residents with housing‑related issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. They will communicate confidently with tenants, colleagues and external partners, resolving enquiries professionally while contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the tenancy service.
