NEC4 Project Manager

NEC4 Project Manager needed in Oldham, £60ph PAYE – Reference: 000A 88A3 / 1

• Lead on the planning, programming, and project management of funded highways projects from inception to completion.
• Manage commercial and contractual obligations under NEC4 contracts (preferably Option B – Priced Bill of Quantities).
• Oversee and coordinate external contributors and stakeholders integral to project delivery.
• Produce and maintain construction programmes aligned with capital and funding requirements.
• Represent the Client in consultations, public meetings, and cross-departmental or external collaborations to ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
