Multi Task Plumber

Rate: £16.23 – £18.35 (depending on experience)

Hours of work: Mon – Fri 8am – 4pm with 30mins break Working in occupied properties (basic DBS check required), covering mainly Northampton (a few properties fall outside of this area)

No participation in Out of Hours rota As a Multi Task Plumber, working within our the Repairs team your main responsibilities will include: – Carrying out plumbing related repairs, displaying excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service – Undertaking a wide range of other multi-skilled repairs, as this will be an integral part of the multi-skilled element of the role The ideal Multi Task Plumber will have: – Proven experience within the plumbing field combined with demonstrable success and achievements – Experience of working within social housing dwellings – Proven multi-skilled experience in the other trades – A passion for NPH and helping them achieve their objectives – Excellent customer care skills – Ability to use IT sufficiently and in particular PDA technologies In this role you will drive a company vehicle and therefore, you will require a full UK driving licence. Stock/materials, hand tools and uniform are provided.
