Mobile Estate Warden needed in Addlestone

This is a temporary contract initially paying £12.79ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide a pro-active caretaking service to residents across for housing estates. They will ensure housing estates are kept clean, tidy and free from rubbish and litter and monitor recycling and waste bins and will deal with any emergency situation as they arise, including out of hours.

They will undertake cleaning and litter picking of communal areas and blocks at housing estates and will complete basic ground maintenance tasks such as weeding, leaf clearance on communal areas within housing estates.
