Maintenance Manager needed in Milton Keynes

This is a temporary contract initially paying £20.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will utilise technical knowledge, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication you will ensure that the property portfolios are put, kept, and evidenced to the required standard of health and safety and statutory compliance and be the responsible person on all Health & Safety matters related to this service

They will work closely with Asset Maintenance Lead and Property & FM leads in relation to Statutory Compliance planning expenditure in current financial year and provide analysis for future expenditure across 2-to-5-year span. Also provide essential data analysis for Corporate Property Strategy, Building Maintenance Policies and other policies and programmes affecting Corporate Landlord.
