Litigation Solicitor

Litigation Solicitor needed in Rochdale Paying  £20.68 per hr ref 000A EDF6 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Manage criminal litigation files from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Attend court to represent the organisation at hearings, including licensing hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents, statements, case bundles and evidence.
• Provide clear legal advice to internal clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct advocacy and liaise with counsel, enforcement officers, court staff and external agencies.
• Ensure all work complies with legal, regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively.
