She successful candidate will provide legal advice and support on a wide range of contentious matters including cases before the Civil and Criminal courts and Tribunals, instructing Counsel where appropriate.

They will take instructions and advise on a wide range of legal matters across all services which are often complex and contentious requiring extensive research and knowledge of the law.
