The successful candidate will lead the operational improvement and strategic reimagining of a Local Authority leisure centre offer.

Our in-house leisure centres are facing significant challenges – declining memberships, ageing infrastructure, a high public subsidy, and operational delivery by staff with limited commercial experience.

• A track record of commercially managing and improving leisure centres (multi-site experience ideal).
• Experience identifying and delivering operational efficiencies and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of workforce development and service transformation
• Experience producing business cases and options appraisals for public sector clients.
