Legal Practice Project Lead

Job Purpose

To support the Legal Practice Manager in delivering service improvements across Legal Services, including the implementation of new systems, development of processes, and review of operational support arrangements.

The postholder will help drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across the service.

Including but not limited to

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of the new case management system.

• Assist in creating, reviewing, updating, and embedding processes and procedures across Legal Services.

• Provide support and mentoring assistance to the Legal Practice Manager.

• Support the review of the Practice Support Team, including workloads, service delivery arrangements, training needs, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational processes.

• Work with managers and staff to identify opportunities for service improvement and increased efficiency.

• Assist with monitoring, reporting, and implementing improvement plans arising from service reviews.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
