Lawyer needed in Bradford, £21.38ph PAYE – Reference: 5284309

Wide variety of civil litigation including JRs, ASB, not including personal injury

• To act as a senior case holder and, where appropriate, advocate, specifically in providing professional legal services in relation to criminal and civil litigation law to the Departments but also in providing professional legal services on matters of Education and Employment Law as may be required.
• To provide supervision and support to more junior staff.
• To co-ordinate the work of the team, to ensure that matters are prepared to professional standards and in compliance with relevant legislation, Regulations, Statutory Guidance and Practice Directions and to ensure that Court commitments and other deadlines are properly met.
• To undertake such duties as may be allocated by the Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader, to include the preparation of reports, advice and guidance.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
