We are seeking two 1st IT Support Officers to support end‑user laptop deployment programmes. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role, supporting structured deployment sessions and providing first‑line technical assistance to users post deployment. Experience on a busy service desk managing calls queues is essential. This role requires onsite presence 5 days a week and is located in Catford Bridge, Lewisham.

Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Office 365, VPN, EUC tooling
