Interim Senior Public Health Manager needed in Uxbridge Paying  £323.02 per day ref 1701330

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for 0–19 public health commissioning, ensuring services are effective, evidence‑based and aligned to local needs.
  • Lead the commissioning of Health Visiting, School Nursing and associated early intervention services.
  • Oversee service delivery, performance monitoring and outcomes reporting across all commissioned programmes.
  • Use existing local knowledge and partnerships to strengthen collaboration and support integrated working arrangements.
  • Identify and address the challenges that impact the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Hillingdon.
  • Drive service improvements, pathway development and transformation projects.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders, partners and stakeholders on children’s public health priorities.
  • Ensure all service delivery meets statutory requirements, safeguarding standards and quality expectations.
