Independent Reviewing Officer needed in North London Paying £31.70 per hr Ref OR26961

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

To undertake the role of Independent Reviewing Officer in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and statutory guidance
To chair reviews for Looked After Children, ensuring that care plans are timely, outcome‑focused, and appropriately progressed
To ensure children’s views, wishes, and feelings are central to all review processes
To monitor the local practice in relation to care planning and challenge poor practice where necessary
To work in partnership with children, parents, carers, and professionals to promote stability and positive outcomes
