Housing Manager (Hybrid)

Housing Manager (Hybrid) needed in Sutton, £148.10 per day PAYE – Reference: OR25691

Minimum 3 days on site 2 days remote

• As a Housing Manager, you will be required to demonstrate a holistic approach to tenancy management and take ownership of residents’ concerns, providing support and resolution in line with policy and procedure.
• The successful candidate will ideally have experience of rent recovery, adult & child safeguarding, anti-social behaviour case management, supporting victims of domestic abuse, mutual exchanges and working with residents to support them in making positive lifestyle changes.
• You will be required to promote inclusion among tenants and help to build stronger communities.
• This is a challenging, interesting and engaging role and will require you to demonstrate a commitment and ability to work within and across teams to deliver resident priorities.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
