The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering a high quality, consistent, flexible, value for money comprehensive service to tenants including, new tenancies and tenancy changes interviewing service users and dealing with general enquiries.

They will be responsible for a range of tenancy management duties and be a visible presence with residents on our estates.  Ensuring tenants are well cared for, neighbourhoods are clean and safe and resident satisfaction is high
