Highways & Planning Lawyer needed in Reigate Paying  £55 per hr  ref 134804

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on planning, highways, and related local government matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and complete a range of legal agreements, including:
  • Section 106 Agreements
  • Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements
  • Highway dedication and stopping-up orders
  • Infrastructure and development agreements
• Advise on planning applications, appeals, enforcement actions, and judicial review matters.
• Represent the organisation in negotiations, meetings, tribunals, and court proceedings where required.
• Support regeneration, housing, and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage a varied caseload independently while delivering excellent client service.
• Assist in developing legal policies, procedures, and best practice guidance.
