Governance And Support Senior Officer needed in Hull

The rate is £17.85ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operational support and development and will provide frontline support of linked systems including troubleshooting system problems, providing resolution.

They will be processing service requests, access/security administration, UAT, and supporting system upgrades and having day-to-day responsibility for monitoring the system performance, support/defect calls and service requests whilst undertaking system administration duties.
