General Building Operative needed in South Littleton, Worcestershire

The rate is £13.05ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties and will undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.

• Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
• Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
• Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
• Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Coordination Team
