General Building Operative needed in Cardiff

This is a temporary role and the rate is £15.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will deliver a high‑quality, multi‑trade maintenance service, carrying out a range of building, repair and refurbishment tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. They will diagnose issues, complete works safely and efficiently, and ensure all areas are kept to a high standard.

They will work confidently across trades such as joinery, plumbing, plastering and basic electrical tasks, respond to daily job requests, and contribute to a well‑maintained, secure and compliant environment.
