Fire and Compliance Technician

Fire and Compliance Technician needed in Enfield

This is a temporary contract initially paying £21.41ph PAYE

The reference number is:                   RQ1695576

The successful candidate will be carrying out essential safety checks on fire equipment, including communal fire doors, smoke alarms & CO alarms within residences and emergency lighting flick tests, through a robust inspection regime.  Other safety checks to water systems will be required where the schedule allows.

Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively and proactively engage with customers and stakeholders, with high standards of professionalism and presentation to ensure not only safety compliance but also positive customer/stakeholder experience.
