Family Service Autism and ADHD Team Referral Processor (Hybrid)

Family Service Autism and ADHD Team Referral Processor (Hybrid) needed in Sutton in Ashfield, £99.45 per day PAYE – Reference: OR25378

2-3 days remote working and 1-2 days weekly in the office.

Job Purpose

• To receive and handle all initial referrals received into the Family Service Autism and ADHD Team. 
• To assess new referrals against the Family Service Autism and ADHD Team threshold criteria for triage assessment. 
• To offer signposting for families/professionals to appropriate external services if necessary. ease 

You will ideally have –

1. A working knowledge of ADHD and ASD and the services in place to manage and support families affected by the condition within Nottinghamshire.
2. Full driving licence
3. Experience of working within a Children’s and Families Service setting. 
4. Experience of working with and supporting families whose children have additional needs and/or behaviours indicative of a neurodiversity and or a diagnosis of ADHD/ASD.
5. Experience of administering and triaging referrals into an early help service or parenting provision.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
