As ELA Compliance Officer, you will work to support the delivery of the Client’s Ethical Lettings Agency, from engaging with local landlords and investors to secure new properties onto our leasing scheme, to managing the existed leased stock and the associated tenancies. You will have specific responsibilities in relation to property compliance, as you co-ordinate gas and electrical safety checks, collate essential documentation, liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate access, and maintain system records. Alongside the rest of the ELA Team, you will work to promote high property and management standards in the private rented sector, and to expand the range of quality, affordable and responsibly managed accommodation available to residents in high housing need.
