Estates Surveyor (Hybrid)

Estates Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in St Albans, £310.37 per day PAYE – Reference: 5279506

Office 2-3 days per week

You will ideally have – 
• Full membership of RICS (or working towards full membership)
• Local authority experience
• Ability to undertake a broad range of estate and asset management tasks related to the property assets (both housing and non-housing), as well as landlord and tenant matters
• Experience handling statutory asset valuations and right-to-buy cases
• Capability to process various property transactions, including disposals, license agreements, relaxation of restrictive covenants, and wayleaves
• No direct responsibility for staff management

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
