Estate Surveyor needed in Bradford Paying  £31.03 per hr ref 5289509

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking property inspections, surveys and valuations
• Managing a varied caseload of estate and property‑related work
• Preparing professional reports, valuations, and recommendations
• Using GIS/MapInfo to analyse land, assets and spatial data
• Supporting property transactions, acquisitions, disposals and rent reviews
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational property processes
• Liaising with stakeholders, tenants, contractors and internal teams
• Providing expert advice on estates, property management and land issues
