ERP Systems Officer needed in Stafford Paying  £20.29 per hr ref 5303878

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Key ResponsibilitiesERP Systems Support

    • Provide day-to-day support for ERP and business systems.
    • Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating where appropriate.
    • Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and user access.
    • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
    • Ensure system data integrity and compliance with organisational policies.

    Business Analysis

    • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
    • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Produce process maps, requirements documents, and functional specifications.
    • Support the development of business cases and project documentation.
    • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation activities.

    Project Delivery

    • Support ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
    • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
    • Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues.
    • Assist in developing training materials and user guidance documentation.
    • Support the rollout of new systems and digital solutions.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
    • Act as a point of contact for system users and project participants.
    • Deliver training and support sessions to users.
    • Communicate technical information in a clear and accessible way.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.

    HR and Payroll Systems

    • Support HR and Payroll system activities where required.
    • Assist with system configuration relating to organisational structures, employee records, and payroll processes.
    • Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to improve processes and reporting.
    • Help ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational requirements.

    Data and Reporting

    • Produce system reports and management information as required.
    • Support data cleansing, migration, and reconciliation activities.
    • Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Use Microsoft 365 tools, Excel, and reporting solutions to support business needs.
