Environmental Health Officer

Environmental Health Officer needed in Bromley Paying  £28.14 per hr ref OR23607

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, audits, and investigations across relevant environmental health areas
• Assess compliance with environmental legislation and prepare enforcement notices where required
• Investigate complaints relating to housing standards, public health, food safety, noise, and environmental nuisances (adjust based on your specialism)
• Provide expert advice to businesses, landlords, residents, and stakeholders
• Prepare reports, statements, and evidence for legal proceedings
• Contribute to proactive public health initiatives and community safety projects
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely case management
