Based in Bedford and the rate is £27.31ph PAYE

Our client is looking for an Environmental Health Officer. To undertake work associated with workplace notifications and outbreaks associated to Covid 19.
This will require the review of information including risk assessments, policies, outbreak information as well as contacting businesses to discuss controls and outbreak management including fulfilment of requirements relating to the H&S at work Act.
The successful officer will be required to work with colleagues in public health, and other officers within the team. Site visits will also be required to undertake inspections and reality checks, experience of other areas of commercial regulation would also be advantageous such as food safety.
