Employer Engagement Lead needed in Rhyl Paying  £18.85 per hr ref OR16414
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Employer Engagement Team to achieve high levels of employer involvement and successful work experience placements.
 
- Proactively develop new employer partnerships to expand opportunities for participants.
 
- Oversee and enhance current employer engagement activities including job fairs, careers events, sector routeways, and the Work Start Scheme.
 
- Collaborate with the Partnership Team to design and deliver training aligned with business needs and participant abilities.
 
- Set and monitor performance targets, ensuring the team meets expectations and escalating risks or issues as needed.
 
- Supervise team development through clear objectives, regular 1:1s, and identifying training needs.
 
- Work with managers to identify gaps and successes, and implement innovative strategies to improve employer engagement.
 
- Use labour market insights to identify new collaboration opportunities across sectors.
 
- Produce quarterly performance reports including outcomes and case studies.
 
- Maintain accurate records in line with monitoring frameworks and data protection regulations.
 
- Identify and manage operational risks, completing assessments and reporting appropriately.
 
- Ensure compliance with all DCC policies, safeguarding procedures, and financial regulations.
 
- Represent and promote Working Denbighshire as part of the wider team, contributing to shared goals and ambitions.
